Welcome to leadsimulatorx. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our platform or using our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services: Scenario Training with Feedback Loops

Our scenario training services with feedback loops are designed to help participants develop practical skills through guided exercises and iterative improvement. Sessions may be delivered live or on demand according to selected packages.

2.1 Scheduling and Delivery

Sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon receipt of fees. Participants will receive detailed instructions prior to each session.

2.2 Refund and Transfer Policy for Services

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full fee refund or may be transferred to a future date at no extra charge.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session are not eligible for fee refunds due to preparation requirements, but you may request a transfer to another available slot with a handling charge.
• Transfers are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours before the original session time.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, recordings, and other downloadable materials offered by leadsimulatorx.

3.1 Access and Use

Once access credentials are provided, you may consume the content directly on our platform or via authorized devices.

3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

A full fee refund is available within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have not accessed the content. To request a refund, contact us using our contact form. After 14 days or upon accessing the product, fees are non-refundable.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded merchandise or materials for training.

4.1 Shipping and Risk

Goods are shipped to the address you specify at checkout. Risk transfers to you upon dispatch.

4.2 Shipping Back and Refund Policy for Physical Goods

If an item is damaged or defective, you may send it back within 7 calendar days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund of the paid fees by the original payment method within 10 business days. You are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back, unless the item was defective.

5. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be effective as of the date posted on our website.
